When we continue to focus on beating ourselves up and putting ourselves down for how we look, we waste precious time, energy and our life force energy. Every person is impacted by Body Dysmorphia as we are continuously comparing ourselves to the outside world on what we think we are supposed to or should look like.

This topic is one that is near and dear to my heart, after transforming so much of my own body dysmorphia and eating disorders, I know how challenging it is when you are in it, but have certainty you can overcome it.
